Can I keep my clinic’s number?
We first check your number and how you currently use WhatsApp. We explain whether it can be used and what connecting it requires before changing anything.
What does it answer, and when does reception step in?
It answers about prices, services and hours using your clinic’s information. When information is missing, it asks the patient to contact reception. We review replies with you during the trial.
Does it confirm appointments?
No. It directs patients to reception to confirm their appointment. Njawib does not check your clinic’s calendar or confirm a booking itself.
What happens after the trial?
If you choose to continue: 299 SAR per month for one channel (WhatsApp or Instagram), or 499 SAR per month for both, per branch. No setup fee, and you can stop any month. If it is not right for you, we stop it and you owe nothing.
